Last weekend we spent a few hours strolling through the newly built Aga Khan Museum, one of the most inspiring public spaces I've visited lately. It houses an impressive collection of Islamic art and heritage ranging from ancient to contemporary. Definitely worth a trip to Toronto's Don Mills suburb, especially if you make a day of it and catch a performance or book a tour of the Ismaili Centre right next door.
