Above the Andes

A recently found note from my dad: "On our flight from Santiago de Chile to Buenos Aires, Argentina we were extremely lucky to have clear skies and an opportunity to take this amazing photos of the Andes. The peaks rise to over 22,000 ft (almost 7000 m) above sea level—which on the plane feels quite close. This photo is of the dry, Pacific side of the mountains." Surreal!
