All hail the train!

If you know me well, you're probably sick of hearing me talk about this epic trip, it's just that I'm yet to find someone who is committed to boarding this train with me. The Trans-Mongolian, that is. St. Petersburg to Beijing—through Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Irkuts, Ulaanbataar… 10,000 km, 3 countries and 7 time zones. Words of warning have included: boring, sketchy, unsanitary; but none the less I'm brushing up on my Russian, investing in a window squeegee and dreaming... for now.
